I aim to get your parcel to UK addresses within 14 working days from dispatch. If you require faster delivery or delivery to other parts of the world then feel free to email me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible to accomodate your needs or answer any questions.
Policy for the return of originals
For your peace of mind we offer a 7 day cooling off period on original artwork. If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you completely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in it's original packaging. Unfortunately, after 7 days I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returned artwork must be shipped by the buyer, at their cost, within 3 days of confirming with us
I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases
Any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Sale items - only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the artwork within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the artwork within 3 days of notifying us,
you will NOT be eligible for a refund
What to do if artwork arrives damaged
In the unlikely event that item arrives damaged
Step 1 - Within 7 days of your merchandise delivery date, please email [email protected] with order information
Step 2 - Save original packaging!
Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging, please email [email protected] with photos
